Return Policy

Need to return your order? You've got options!

If you are not satisfied with the items in your order, please select one of the three options below, and send us a message via our Contact Us page. It's that easy! Please note: All returns must be received within 30 days from date of purchase.

1.) Free Exchanges

We'll swap out your items right away for free! No restocking or processing fee; Upon receipt of return, we'll ship out the new replacement merchandise. Just send us a message via our Contact Us page, and we'll take care of the rest.*Please note: When exchanging for an item of more value, customer will be responsible for the difference in price.

2.) Return for Store Credit

Get the full value of your items, and we'll cover the shipping and apply it to your store credit. Upon receipt, we'll issue you a store credit in the full amount of your order. Just send us a message via our Contact Us page, and we'll take care of the rest.

3.) Return to Original Form of Payment

Pay $8.99 for a return label, plus a restocking fee of 15%. Upon receipt, we'll issue the remaining balance to your original form of payment. Just send us a message via our Contact Us page, and we'll take care of the rest. *Please note that for orders that are undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed an $18.00 return fee will be applied to the original payment. We do not, in any case, provide a refund to a different form of payment than was originally used to process your order.

Tips for packing your return:

We suggest that if you are using our packing material to return the item that you double-check that it is closed securely. This is especially important for items that we initially shipped in a padded envelope. The self-sealing glue is only meant to be used once, so make sure that you tape down the flap. Please note that SureGlow.com cannot be held responsible for damage to products that occurs from improper packing.

Notes & Exeptions

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping fee on any return. We completely understand if you didn't like the item or you accidentally ordered the wrong item, but we can't eat the cost of shipping. It just wouldn't taste good! Also, if you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct our actual postage cost from the refund amount. While we spend a good deal of money on labor and packaging, we're only going to deduct the actual postage amount.


If orders are received after 30 days, we will issue a gift card in place of the refund. If return orders are received after 60 days, we will not issue a refund or gift card of any sort. In addition, please inspect ALL merchandise when received so that we can accurately replace/refund items defective/damaged.

At SureGlow.com, we make every effort to insure that your order is right the first time. SureGlow.com will only accept returns if an incorrect item was mistakenly shipped by SureGlow. SureGlow. may elect to replace returned items that have been determined to be defective. Any items determined to be user-defective will not be approved for a refund. Customer must return the defective items to determine any sort of refund. No refunds will be issued on Light Up Balloons or Beach Balls as these are final sale for hygienic reasons. SureGlow..com will not allow returns, exchanges, or refunds in instances in which the customer is dissatisfied with the ordered products, despite the ordered products reasonably conforming to the description or image provided on the website.
