All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.
Typical transit time ranges from 1 to 7 business days assuming your package
ships ground or priority. Please note delivery times indicated on this map
are estimated. Times shown are in business days (Monday-Friday) weekends and
holidays do not count towards transit time.

If your order is time sensitive please call us so we can
help you select he proper shipping method to ensure on-time delivery.
We guarantee that all items in your order will be packed to
avoid breakage caused by shipping. In the event of receiving a damaged package
(visibly damaged before opening) you must contact us within 1 week of delivery
to file a damage claim with carrier.
All sales are final; the products offered by SureGlow are not sold on
approval. Therefore, returns will only be allowed for defective items.
Defective products or shipping shortages must be reported to SureGlow within
1 week of delivery of your order. If reported within 1 week of delivery, please
call a customer service representative to obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization number (RMA). Once defective products are received at our facility
we will inspect the merchandise. When deemed defective by our staff we will
replace the product, refund the cost of the product or issue a store credit
depending on your wishes. If defective products or shipping shortages are
reported after 1 week you may return the products (at your cost) for store
credit only. No returns, refunds, exchanges or store credits will be issued if
claim is made more than 30 days from order date.
Unauthorized returns (returns sent without a RMA) will be refused by our
warehouse.
All returns must be sent by a carrier with tracking abilities and must be
insured either by UPS, FedEx or USPS. Invoiced shipping charges are
non-refundable.
All RMA numbers must be written clearly on the exterior of the box. Failure
to do so may result in the delay of processing our claim or refusal of your
return.
Unauthorized or refused orders will be charged a 20% restock fee in addition
to shipping charges both ways.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to order enough products to cover
the chance of receiving broken or defective products. The majority of our LED
products are tested for functionality prior to shipping to you. Whenever
possible we also include extra AA or AAA batteries with your order for items
that we are unable to test due to packaging. It is usually a good idea to order
4% more of each individual item ordered.
Claims including defective products totaling under $20 will be issued store
credit only. No claim under $20 will be re-shipped.
SureGlow does not have a minimum order requirement. However, all orders less than $30 before shipping & tax will be accessed a $5 handling fee.
